If you received the Extra newsletter this week, you may have had problems registering for an online pension account on this website.

Unfortunately, your pension reference number was not included with the newsletter, as stated, to help you register for a my​RPS account.

We are sorry for the error – please be assured that your pension reference number hasn’t changed and you can find your correct reference number on any previous correspondence received from RPMI.
